Introducing the Interactive Map

SEE WHAT CANNOT BE EXPLAINED

Thanks to our new interactive map, you can now discover the Skew from the safety of your own home. As much as we’d love our visitors to be able to explore the BSTCE facility in person, the safety of the artefacts and the general public makes such a thing impossible. Our new Digitization Team is dedicated to bringing the most interesting artefacts to the online sphere, coordinating with our researchers to photograph and transcribe everything from old letters to preserved creature specimens.

To use the Interactive Map click on the Explore the Skew button at the top of the page. From here you will be taken to the HUB map (based on real BSTCE facility floor plans) where you can click on the individual rooms available to you. Each room is designed to mimic the real-life location with clickable objects for you to examine up close.

Currently, only the Library and Gallery are available to view, but we intend to upload more exciting content soon. If you would like to be the first to know of any future updates, please consider joining our membership scheme.

Happy exploring!
